INGREDIENTS: For about 2 dozen rolls
- One quantity of Basic Yeast Dough (see recipe listed elsewhere in this blog)
METHOD
- Preheat oven 200 ~ 205 degrees C.
- Make basic yeast dough.
- Let rise and punch down.
- Roll dough into balls about 5 cm diameter.
- Place in greased pan with sides touching.
- Spread tops with shortening or egg white.
- Bake 25 minutes.
NOTE
- This is the basis for Easter buns
