Units of Measurement

The recipes in this blog generally use Australian metric units of measurement, especially the following:
  • Cup: 250 mL (about 8½ fluid ounces)
  • Teaspoon (tsp): 5 mL
  • Tablespoon (Tblsp): 20 mL
