Parker House Rolls

INGREDIENTS
  • One quantity of Basic Yeast Dough (see recipe listed elsewhere in this blog)
METHOD
  1. Preheat oven 200 ~ 205 degrees C.
  2. Make basic yeast dough.
  3. Let rise and punch down.
  4. Roll dough very thin.
  5. Cut into circles about 5 cm diameter.
  6. Make an impression slightly off centre with a blunt knife.
  7. Butter top and fold smaller edge over larger one.
  8. Spread tops with shortening.
  9. Bake 25 minutes.
