- One quantity of Basic Yeast Dough (see recipe listed elsewhere in this blog)
- Preheat oven 200 ~ 205 degrees C.
- Make basic yeast dough.
- Let rise and punch down.
- Roll dough very thin.
- Cut into circles about 5 cm diameter.
- Make an impression slightly off centre with a blunt knife.
- Butter top and fold smaller edge over larger one.
- Spread tops with shortening.
- Bake 25 minutes.
