INGREDIENTS
- One quantity of Basic Yeast Dough (see recipe listed elsewhere in this blog)
METHOD
- Preheat oven 200 ~ 205 degrees C.
- Make basic yeast dough.
- Let rise and punch down.
- Roll dough into small balls and place in greased muffin tin in a triangle.
- Spread tops with shortening or egg white.
- Bake 15 ~ 25 minutes depending on size.
